Oak House - The home of Mary Rose Young

Mary Rose’s Gallery and Workshop is in The Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. Her location is in fact one of the more rural parts of this Forest and there are some good walks to be had right here. She and her team work 5 days a week and above their workshop sits her gallery. It is packed full of her creations and really is a good place to come and get to know her designs.

There will be several of Mary Rose’s statement “Interior” pieces on display too….. her chandeliers, mirrors, paintings and wall lights. You should be able to meet the artist which is particularly useful if you’re planning to commission some kind of special piece and need to pool your ideas with her experience. The Gallery address is Oak House, The Folly, Parkend, Glos GL15 4JQ Open Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. Closed on Saturday and Sunday
