The Great Pottery Throwdown
The TV series “The Great Pottery Throwdown” involves twelve amateur potters competing against one another, with judges Keith Brymer Jones (who is most famous for his legendary waterworks) and newcomer Sue Pryke throwing increasingly obscure challenges at the contenders. A Tea Set made by Mary Rose was featured in the season finale, as the budding potters were given the challenge of making an “Alice in Wonderland” Tea Set.
