The Rodent Season
For the whole of November Mary Rose has been aware of a manifestation of mice in her kitchen…. I never realised before but apparently this is precisely the time of year that many other households suffer the same …it’s called The Rodent Season! Our little furry cousins are just like us in that they like to get snuggled up all ready for Christmas and they seriously move indoors looking for warm areas to set up their annoying homes. Adversity has been turned into inspiration for Mary Rose – if you can’t beat them celebrate them – and so she’s fashioned a tribute to her new nemesis….a beautiful mouse saucer with the sweetest possible little creature nestled amongst a bed of roses…. and this one won’t climb into the bread flour
