Still Colouring In The Pike House

We showed you the Pike House in last month’s Newsletter…it’s the house down the road that we’re “doing up” to offer, eventually, for short term stays on AirBnb. Already there are some of Mary Rose’s signature pieces adorning the rooms and she has just started to introduce that faithful old friend – colour.

Somebody stole a goldfish from the pond which struck us as very strange, but thus far that is the only colourful item that has been taken away! We live in The Forest of Dean which is a fairly popular tourist destination and there are already quite a few other places on offer; it will be interesting to see quite how much Mary Rose’s eye for Interior Design attracts in this market. We are planning to be “on the market” in about two weeks….details in the next Newsletter
