Pendant Lamps in a Dream Kitchen
A charming lady from North Carolina called Nancy has been supervising installation of her new kitchen, and much to our delight decided that three Mary Rose pendant lamps in a row would be the perfect compliment. She has described to me how getting a kitchen is not just a case of looking in a catalogue, of saying “I want that one” and waking up 2 weeks later to find it’s appeared downstairs. In her case you just wait and wait and wait, and then when something finally does get done, you have to call up and say “well come and undo it please because it doesn’t even fit”. We can take a long time to fulfil an order but due to her hold ups, on this job we were not late. But as you can see it’s finished now, The lamps are coincidentally a similar design to the wedding presents with the rose colours picked out in stripes on the lamps’ insides. There are crowns that sit on top and matching little ceiling roses to screw in on the ceiling. Nancy chose a striking navy blue cord that really does work extremely well.
